OMG, this place is a hidden gem. This is actually a house. Knock loudly on the screen door before entering to wake up the waitress..You WILL be amazed..

Very nice people and great food

Food was old, chicken was so salty and overcooked we couldnt eat it. Then the waitress threw the money in our hand and stomped off saying she better keep her mouth shut. She was just being extremely rude! Would not suggest this place AT ALL because of the attitude.

Don't waste your time or money! Go next door and get a can of Vienna sausage you will be happy you did.

Buffet was great! Although Customer service needs a little improvement.

This place is truly a hole in the wall kind of place, and I mean that in a good way. The ladies that work there are very nice and the food is delicious, especially their fried chicken. I give it 4 stars because their lack of beverage choices (only tea and water) and they only accept cash. Other than that it was a good experience.

One of the best little home town cafes I have ever been to. Very friendly staff! Patrons are also very friendly, be ready for great conversation when you get there.**Update**New owners! Still friendly however they don't have a breakfast buffet anymore and sometimes open later in the morning. Still good food and atmosphere!

The Saturday night quail meal is always good.

Every time we come to the state park, we come here morning and evening for food. I liked everything they had to offer so far and have no complaints. It's the only restaurant in town I believe, besides, what camping now and don't expect this place to be an upscale restaurant. It's good food and good people. My family and I will come eat here every time we come to the swamp.

I came here for southern comfort food. I ate southern comfort food. I was comforted.

Made reservations for a group of 28 motorcyclists the day in advance. Upon arrival the staff was fully prepared, friendly, cordial, and met us with smiles. The chicken is outstanding and recommended. All you can buffet of delicious country-style fix'ins at a reasonable cost. This is a cash-only establishment. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Love the cozy front porch that sits roadside along a quiet and friendly road. We will return.

Great food and atmosphere was just as great. They were very accommodating for a group of 14, and the food came out super quick and did I say was great. Planning on stopping there again next time we ride motorcycles around the swamp. They do take cash and cards.

A local hangout with good food and reasonable prices. Was there on a motorcycle ride. Nothing fancy here, but a fun place to go. Cash only.

Great breakfast buffet.... not very many places offers rice and stewed tomatoes and corned beef hash for breakfast. Along with bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, scrambled or fried eggs, tater tots , biscuits gravy and sweet tea all for under $8.00.. 5 stars in my book

A very friendly place with good home cooked southern food. We met the new owners (3 weeks in) and they are working on some menu updates and other improvements. We had dinner one evening and breakfast a couple of days later. Both were good. The family and their staff are super friendly!
